You’ll work with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality and scalable software solutions, all while mentoring teammates and refining team processes in coding best practices, testing, and observability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to gather software requirements
• Design solutions for complex technical challenges
• Lead and promote engineering best practices within the team
• Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews
• Engage in on-call responsibilities for service uptime
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar fields
• 7+ years of development experience in software engineering
