We are hiring a MuleSoft Application / Production Support Analyst (L2/L3) with 3–8 years of experience to support and enhance MuleSoft-based integration platforms. The role focuses on supporting scheduler-driven integrations, ensuring reliable execution of batch processes, resolving production issues, and maintaining overall platform stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for MuleSoft applications, with a focus on scheduler-based and batch integrations.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Mule 4 flows, scheduled jobs, APIs, and DataWeave transformations.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for job failures, performance issues, and integration breakdowns; implement fixes and preventive measures.
