Software Engineer (Focus Python) – Zurich/Hybrid 80–100%
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python.
- Build and maintain data processing pipelines for analytics and automation.
- Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and domain experts to deliver smart solutions.
- Ensure performance, maintainability, and security of backend systems.
- Continuously improve development workflows, testing, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python software development.
- Solid understanding of web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and RESTful API design.
- Experience with data structures, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Passion for building clean, testable, and maintainable code.
