Job Description
Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in software development using scalable technologies such as Python, SQL, Java, C#, Excel VBA, or Angular.
- Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience working in a rapid application development environment.
- Familiarity with financial services data flows and capital markets products (e.g. prime finance).
- Experience in financial industry IT environments (buy-side or sell-side).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and general problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working directly with end users and business stakeholders.
- Able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
