CSOD’s ServiceNow Team is seeking a Platform
Engineer to join their team who will be responsible for supporting, operating,
and maintaining the CSOD’s ServiceNow instances.
The ServiceNow Platform Engineer will
be responsible for configuring and customizing core applications such as the
Change Management, Incident and Problem Management, Request Management, CMDB, Discovery,
Service Mapping, Knowledge Management, HRSD, and custom applications on the NOW
platform.

+ Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the SNowmodules and delivering solutions and business value through the ServiceNowPlatform
