Anthropic Labs is seeking creative and versatile UI Engineers to design and implement innovative user experiences for our cutting‑edge AI technology. As part of the Labs team, you will work closely with researchers, designers, and product managers to rapidly prototype and validate experimental applications of Anthropic's latest AI models.
The Labs team serves as an internal accelerator tasked with bridging the gap between research breakthroughs and product development. Our mandate is to identify high‑potential emerging AI capabilities and validate their product‑market fit through lightweight demos and user testing. Successful projects will transition to core product teams for further development and launch.
