**Position Overview**
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented college graduates to join our Production Support team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of business-critical applications by monitoring systems, identifying issues, and supporting day-to-day application operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in application support, system monitoring, and incident handling while learning industry best practices in a real-time production environment.

**•** Be a team contributor in a team of Engineers and Analysts in triaging technical and functional issues.
**•** Day-to-day ticket triage (coding skills), monitoring the ticket queues.
