Job Description

PRTR is partnering with a fast-moving international Fintech that needs a Software Engineering Director (C# .Net / Azure) to oversee the Development Department.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Development Team of 10+ people.
  • Coordinating with different business units to understand the business needs and then create high-level strategies to drive effective business change.
  • Providing full governance & control over projects within the business.
  • Managing multiple projects at the same time whilst effectively delegating tasks to the team.

    • Qualifications

  • Strong leadership experience & interpersonal and communication skills with the end user in mind.
  • Strong experience in managing IT transformation projects.
  • Over 5 years of experience in managing multi-functional IT teams.
  • 5+ years experience with.NetCore Development.
  • Front-end experience with Angular 2+.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
