Blackbaud is hiring a Manager of Software Development to cultivate and lead engineering teams that develop, test, deploy, and maintain Blackbaud’sproducts. This role will work toestablishand adhere to engineering best practices,identifycritical gaps in development processes, create and own strategic projects, and empower teams. They will lead by example and be an agent of innovation while inspiring those around them. They will develop employees through goal setting and coaching best practices and processes.
