- Reports to Head of Software Engineering within a tech department of over 100 people.
- Manage a diverse team of 40 engineers, overseeing 10 locally and 30 across regional hubs in Chengdu and Manila.
- 70% on leadership and stakeholder management, 30% hands‑on code review, architect design, mentor junior.
- Act as a key collaborator with other IT functions to align technical strategies with broader business objectives.
- Min 10 years in Full Stack development with min 5 years in team leadership.
- Strong experience with Azure and modern DevOps tools.
- Forward‑thinking professional with an AI‑first mentality.
- Mandarin speaking required, as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin.
