JOB SUMMARY:
As the Technical Lead of the Enterprise Systems Group, you will lead the technical team to help ensure they are following processes to deliver all technical functions to agreed scope and specifications as well as provide ongoing client support. Streamline and provide onboarding activities by shadowing, training, ensuring training teams are completing training and other activities. Making decisions aimed at improving efficiency while at the same time ensuring no disruption of on-time delivery to customers. Directly working with the consulting leads to provide quality solution design.
