AECOM is seeking an experienced License Management Specialist responsible for centralised oversight, optimisation and governance of Cornerstone approved engineering software licenses across the global enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Software License Governance & Compliance
- Maintain a centralised and accurate inventory of all Cornerstone engineering software licences and related documents
- Monitor, audit and validate software & licence usage to ensure contractual and legal compliance against vendor terms and agreements
- Interpret licence entitlements, terms, and vendor contractual obligations
- Mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring, process improvements, and internal awareness, including conducting regular internal audits
