Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases of varying complexity, including medium and high-level scenarios
- Perform system and process testing and identify, log, and track defects according to defined standards
- Participate actively across all testing phases, including unit, system, regression, stability, distribution, and disaster recovery testing
- Conduct exploratory testing where formal test cases are not available, particularly within agile environments
- Capture and manage defects in HP Quality Centre (QC) in line with reporting standards
- Monitor and support early identification of system defects and failures
- Perform backward compatibility testing across different software versions
- Conduct compatibility testing across applications, operating systems, and browser versions
- Ensure testing activities align with service delivery, quality, and financial accuracy requirements
