Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications or related certification in Information systems/technology or related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience in software training
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating digital training material for distance learning
Responsibilities
- Conducting Seminars and workshops to educate employees on the software, including how to use the programs features and functions
- Providing onsite customer support for users of the software, such as answering questions about how to use the software or troubleshooting problems
- Creating computer training materials such as slides, text, and other visual that can be used to teach others how to use a piece of software
