**Job Title:** **Senior** **Solar O&M Technician**
**The** **Senior** **Solar O&M Technician is the lead field expert for a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and distributed‑generation solar sites. You independently troubleshoot complex inverter, DC, and AC electrical issues, ensure safe system performance, and provide technical leadership across multiple locations.**
**Pay:** Up to **$45/hr** , with **prevailing‑wage job sites paying $70+/hr** depending on project location and scope.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot inverter, DC, and AC issues and restore system production
+ Perform advanced electrical diagnostics (IR testing, string isolation, current/voltage checks, HMI analysis)
+ Make independent field decisions to minimize downtime
+ Support remote troubleshooting to reduce unnecessary site visits
