Reference: NES -RS-1 We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Solar Site Manager to oversee the installation, construction, and commissioning of commercial and utility‑scale solar PV projects. The successful candidate will manage daily site operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on solar PV construction sites
- Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and site productivity
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE regulations
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage
