Job Description
**Job Title: Solderer Assembler ($30-$50/hr)**
**Summary:**
Hands-on role focused on soldering, electronic/mechanical assembly, and repairing complex units. You’ll build, troubleshoot, and support engineers to ensure high-quality electronic systems in a startup environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Solder harnesses and PCBs (including cup soldering)
+ Assemble electronic modules and mechanical components
+ Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software boxes
+ Work with engineers to diagnose and fix issues
+ Support production tasks and prepare units for testing/shipment
+ Adapt to changing priorities in a startup setting
**Required Skills:**
+ Strong soldering and electronic assembly experience
+ Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting ability
+ Experience repairing electronic/mechanical systems
+ Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
