Job Description
Great opportunity for an experienced Sole Chef to join a dual season 40m+ charter/private vessel in Palma for an exciting charter season in the Med.
This role is permanent but open to candidates who are looking for a seasonal gig.
Cruising itinerary will be Med for a busy charter season and a couple of boss trips. After the Med TBD but more than likely back to the Caribbean for another exciting charter season.
Ideal candidate would have previous experience as a Sole Chef on similar sized vessels. Charter experience a bonus. Must also have experience cooking a variety of cuisine including catering to dietary requirements such as Kosher, Vegetarian, Gluten‑free etc.
The boat can sleep 11 guests and you will also be cooking for a lovely, healthy and active crew of 8 on board so someone who enjoys being active and cooking nutritious food would be a good fit.
