Overview
Seeking an Engineer with sailing experience for a private sailing yacht (approx. 30m).
Position: Stewardess? (clarify role as described: 34m private sailing yacht) • Permanent position to start ASAP • Current location: Palma de Mallorca • Light use in the Mediterranean with Palma as a base • Crew of 4 with nice owners
Responsibilities
- Run and manage the engine room with the expectation of being hands-on and self-sufficient.
- Maintain organization and motivation in daily operations.
- Support sailing operations with a light-use itinerary in the Mediterranean.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar role on private yachts.
- Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, AEC 1&2
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: DOE
- Itinerary: Mediterranean (Summer 2026); Caribbean, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico (Winter)
