They have exceptional clients who rely on the team for their exceptional work time and time again. This role will involve client contact early on, managing during-project and post-completion disputes, and working on complex matters such as:
- Defective construction and design
- Extension of time
- Consenting issues
- Negligence
- Fair Trading Act
- Contract and Commercial Law Act claims.
