This role involves managing a caseload of complex legal matters, including children's social care, adult social care, health, and related areas. The Solicitor will conduct legal proceedings and draft, review, and negotiate legal documents. This position supports the Legal Services function in delivering efficient, client-focused legal services. Key Duties/Accountabilities Manage a varied caseload of complex legal matters with minimal supervision. Provide clear, accurate, and practical legal advice to clients. Conduct legal proceedings, including attendance at courts, tribunals, hearings, and inquiries. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.
