Our client, a well-established UK law firm headquartered in Scotland, is seeking a solicitor to join its infrastructure team in Edinburgh. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, energy, and waste management. You will advise public bodies, private companies, and funders throughout the lifecycle of major projects, from inception to operation.
The position involves drafting and reviewing contracts for design, construction, and maintenance, as well as advising on procurement and contract interpretation. You will play a key role in managing variations to operational projects and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
