Description
We are looking for a Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer to join our Criminal Motor Defence team which is a recognised market leader in the criminal representation of drivers involved in serious motoring offences. Clients range from professional drivers to individual motorists.
What you will do
- Provide legal representation to drivers who are under police investigation or facing prosecution for serious and fatal road traffic offences.
- Handle indictable/either way and summary offence cases.
- Provide advice and assistance at inquests related to fatal road traffic collisions.
- Analyse and advise upon evidence, attend police interviews, brief counsel, report to insurer clients, interview witnesses and draft witness statements.
