A highly regarded Private Client team is looking for a senior trusts specialist to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, working closely with experienced lawyers.
This isn't just about administration - it's about guiding trusts through their full lifecycle. You'll oversee accounts and tax compliance, handle Trust Registration Service requirements, and draft key documentation, including trustee changes, beneficiary distributions, and trust wind-ups. Alongside this, you'll be a trusted point of contact for beneficiaries, manage requests with sensitivity and precision, and play a central role in coordinating trustee meetings alongside IFAs and other advisers.
