Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales technical engagement with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
- To develop high quality customised solutions using China Telecom’s suite of network connectivity services to fulfil customers’ requirements.
- Preparation of solution proposals and project writeups to illustrate China Telecom’s value proposition.
- Liasing with external (partners, vendors) and internal (Product, HQ and Branches Office of China Telecom) parties to ensure end-to-end technical solution feasibility.
- Support project delivery teams during implementation and provide post-sales consultation to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously review and analyse customers’ network performance, proactively proposing enhancements and digital modernization opportunities
