Solution Developer, Power Platform & D365
We are seeking a Solution Developer to strengthen our Digital Solutions practice within our growing Case Management team. The role focuses on delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for clients across public, private, and not‑for‑profit sectors.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team of Dynamics 365 developers and architects.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management solutions using out‑of‑the‑box features, configuration, and customization.
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, design solutions, and provide recommendations.
- Build .NET extensions to the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
- Apply AI to enhance development, design, and testing practices.
