Role Summary
The Solution Engineer works across Salesforce’s enterprise, commercial, or SMB segments to identify, design, and demonstrate tailored solutions that meet customer business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to shape technology solutions that align with complex business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, conducting business development, operations, IT strategy, and product demonstrations to improve customer performance.
- Analyze ambiguous, sophisticated business problems; define the problem, develop innovative solutions, and recommend actionable next steps.
- Guide client decision‑making by evaluating solution options, driving consensus, and establishing governance frameworks.
