Job Description

As Solution Owner for EV Fast Charging and Load Management Systems (Depot & In-Transit applications), you drive Schneider Electric’s end-to-end solution strategy across Power Systems, Services, MicroGrid, Prosumers, Digital Power, and One Solutions Operations. You own the solution vision, lifecycle, and business performance, ensuring customer value, technical consistency, and cross-organization alignment.

Missions

1. Define the Solution Strategy & Value Proposition

  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to steer the solution vision.
  • Define value propositions, use cases, business models, pricing, early‑adopter targets, and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Build business cases and influence LoBs to prioritize segment requirements.
