Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead UX activities across discovery, concept development, validation, implementation, and launch phases.
- Translate customer insights, business goals, workflow requirements, and regulatory considerations into actionable design solutions.
- Plan and manage UX deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate designers, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure design outputs are consistent, evidence-based, and development-ready.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Service, and business teams.
- Integrate UX activities into agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and scaled agile ceremonies.
