Job Description

Our client is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices provider. 

Description of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Taking charge of the intelligent O&M solution project delivery and pre-sales support, including requirement survey, solution design, test case design, service commissioning, and system rollout.
  • Communicating with customers regularly, understanding customer feelings and pain points, clarifying business solutions with the customer, outputting system solution design, and pushing the implementation of requirements.
  • Summarizing the project, refining best practices, and sharing knowledge.
  • Proposing DFX requirements for promoting product improvement during project delivery to improve delivery efficiency.
