Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience designing and deploying cloud‑based solutions.
- 5 years of experience in financial services, specifically capital markets or digital assets.
- Experience of Web3 technology, including blockchain and DLT.
- Experience advising executive stakeholders on technical strategy and integration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience selling Web3 solutions to TradFi companies managing stakeholder concerns and identifying where DLT provides the most commercial value.
