Key Expectations
- Execute ongoing operations tasks with high ownership and accountability.

- Deliver work in line with client SLAs and quality standards.
- Actively collaborate with Cross functional and cross shore teams to meet client requirements.
- Contribute effectively to daily huddles, status meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
