**Designation- Solutions Delivery Analyst**
**Key Expectations**
+ Execute ongoing operations tasks with high ownership and accountability. Execution of wealth delivery processes in accordance with documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Ensure accurate and timely resolution of participant and plan administration issues.
+ The colleague will support day‑to‑day client operations, resolves participant and processing issues within defined guidelines, and escalates exceptions or risks as appropriate
+ Deliver work in line with client SLAs and quality standards.
+ Actively collaborate with Cross functional and cross shore teams to meet client requirements.
+ Contribute effectively to daily huddles, status meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
