Responsibilities Were looking for a proactive and meticulous Solutions Design Manager (Supply Chain) drive development and implementation of end-to-end solutions. Manage the solution design process during RFQ/RFP initialisation, including proposals, presentations, and costing calculations; Drive customer business requirement documentation, clarifying and facilitating discussions across internal functional teams; Lead project implementations and the deployment of new businesses, ensuring effective and efficient handover from design to operations; Coordinate across operations, logistics engineering, IT, and account teams to deliver seamless solutions; Lead analysis of internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity, driving business improvement projects; Support the regional teams, contributing to multi-site project governance and delivery.
