Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for photovoltaic (PV) inverters, energy storage systems (ESS), and hybrid solutions.
- Develop system designs, including equipment selection, configuration calculations, and complete technical solutions based on project requirements.
- Support project bidding and tender processes by preparing technical proposals, documentation, and solution presentations.
- Engage with clients in technical discussions, presentations, and solution alignment throughout the pre-sales stage.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and coordinate with headquarters (product, R&D, and technical support) to ensure effective project execution.
- Respond to customer technical inquiries with accurate and timely solutions.
