Job Description
In order to be considered the following is required:
- 7–12 years solutions architecture, implementation design, technical consulting, or service-development support
- Strong background in enterprise monitoring, observability, automation, or AIOps platforms
- Experience implementing complex technology platforms in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure ecosystems including cloud, networks, servers and applications
- Experience integrating monitoring or observability platforms into ITSM or operational systems
