JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Solutions Lead, Development Exempt POSITION SUMMARY The Solutions Lead, Development is responsible for providing technical leadership across complex MES/MOM and digital manufacturing implementations.


This role leads development strategy, ensures code quality, mentors development resources, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for clients.


The Solutions Lead serves as both a hands-on senior developer and a technical authority, guiding architecture decisions, enforcing standards, and supporting enterprise-level deployments across manufacturing environments.
