Job Description

Description and Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of TruScale solutions (infrastructure, devices, cloud-like services).
  • Act as the main point of contact between customer and internal teams.
  • Strong coordination within the organization between the teams viz., ISG, SSG, ISO.
  • Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
  • Work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track KPIs, SLAs, and service metrics.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
