Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of imaging and printing environments to identify client requirements and provide tailored recommendations for both managed and transactional opportunities.
- Timely submission of recommended fleet analysis and bill of materials
- Effective installation and configuration of appropriate imaging, printing and applications at client site.
- Respond in a timely manner on service requests (internal & external) from customers and provide break fix to OPS deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest product training and industry solutions to maintain technical proficiency and deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- A degree holder in any computer-related course.
- Solid knowledge in computer hardware/software.
