Responsibilities
- Creating as well as updating white wine checklists with the cooks and supervisor.
- Making referrals on food and red wine pairings.
- Ensuring that the a glass of wine storage is fully stocked.
- Informing guests on the variety of wines offered.
- Training delay team on readily available white wines.
- Negotiating prices with vendors.
- Organizing wine tasting events.
- Complying with health and wellness laws.
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years friendliness experience in a comparable function.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a diverse organization.
- Excellent, tested interpersonal, spoken and written communications skills.
