Position
We are seeking a Sommelier to join the F & B team at One amp Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all wine revenue for Casea 101 restaurant.
- Drive wine and beverage sales through expert recommendations and guest engagement.
- Lead the wine team and deliver seamless service to high‑profile guests.
