- Conduct daily briefing tastings and continuous education for the service team.
Shift Operations
- Supervise all operational departments during shifts.
- Conduct operational briefings.
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Monitor staff presentation and grooming.
- Handle shift handovers effective.
Guest Relations
- Manage guest complaints and recovery.
- Assist VIP arrivals and departures.
