Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Imaging, the Sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures at a technical level not requiring direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
+ Establishes and maintains ethical working relationships and good rapport with all hospital departments and provider offices
+ Ability to scan on average 10 patients per shift, including both outpatient and inpatient.
+ Demonstrates appropriate skills and ability to assess, treat and/or care for patients based on the patient’s physical condition.
+ Correlates clinical history with the test performed and consults with referring physician regarding patient’s history and decision of approp...
