The Sortation Associate is responsible for manually and visually sorting recyclable paper materials on a conveyor line to ensure quality standards are met. This role plays a critical part in maintaining safety, efficiency, and product quality within a fast-paced recycling warehouse environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Sort recyclable materials based on type and quality.
+ Load sorted materials into recycling machinery.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Assist with routine cleaning of equipment.
+ Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
+ Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
