Source CoE - Transformation Program Manager

Job Summary The Source Center of Excellence is looking for a seasoned Program Manager with knowledge and experience managing Source to Pay Transformation programs to join the team. The Transformation Program Manager will manage a portfolio of Transformation programs impacting the Sourcing/Procurement organization. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and managing multiple interdependencies across workstreams, functions and geographies. Responsibilities Program Leadership & Execution Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs). Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget and quality expectations. Monitor resource requirements for the project and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure resource availability. Work closely with the Finance organization to understand and manage project budgets and spend.
