Job Description
The Production & Sourcing Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution, from supplier sourcing to final product delivery, while continuously designing, improving, and optimizing workflows across sourcing, production, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the Sourcing & Production team
- Define team structure, roles, and clear responsibilities
- Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure smooth collaboration across Design, Marketing, Inventory, and Warehouse teams
2. Supplier Sourcing & Strategic Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
- Benchmark suppliers on cost, quality, speed, and flexibility
