IBA is strengthening its Purchasing organization and is looking for experienced SourcingCategory Managers, each responsible for one of the following strategic areas:

  • Mechanical Components & Systems
  • Electrical Components & Systems

    • As a Sourcing Category Manager, you will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your category to maximize value, ensure supply continuity, and drive cost optimization while supporting innovation and sustainability.

    You will lead a team of sourcing professionals and collaborate across the organization to ensure your category strategy supports IBA’s operational and strategic goals.
