Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Lead to oversee and drive talent sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in candidate sourcing, team leadership, and pipeline management, with the ability to identify top talent in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sourcing team to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
Partner with recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates
Monitor sourcing metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and quality
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to sourcing specialists
