The work
We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Sourcing and Procurement team. In this role, you will help ensure that IQM’s critical supplier network can support the growth of our quantum business reliably, sustainably, and cost effectively.
You will manage selected sourcing categories and work closely with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams. Your work will directly impact supply continuity, supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and risk management across business‑critical technologies and components.
What you’ll actually do
- Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with business and technology goals
- Manage supplier relationships, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations across assigned categories
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to balance cost, quality, delivery reliability, and supply chain risks
