Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Team Leadership
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives and operational requirements.
- Establish sourcing targets, performance indicators, and action plans to enhance procurement effectiveness.
- Manage sourcing budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and business value improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sourcing team to achieve operational excellence.
2. Supplier Relationship Management
- Identify, assess, qualify, and develop suppliers for various components including mechanical, electrical, electronic, plastic, metal parts, and finished products.
- Build sustainable supplier partnerships and act as the key contact for supplier negotiations and performance management.
